Elsie Anderson Nursing Scholarship Policies
1. The recipient shall have completed at least one year of college.
2. The maximum amount awarded to any one student in a given year shall be $1,000.
3. The scholarship shall be a one-year award with no commitment to renew; however, recipients may apply in subsequent years.
4. The Starke County Scholarship Foundation selection committees shall choose the recipient(s) in the spring during the regular
meetings of the selection committee.
